Chief of Staff, ChatGPT

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, using a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$310K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment across the ChatGPT product leadership team.
• Design and run the operating cadence for the product organization.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to ensure product priorities are scoped and progressing.
• Prepare materials and insights for decision-making.
• Draft internal communications and product updates.
• Manage the Head of ChatGPT's bandwidth and organizational needs.
• Lead critical cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Familiarity with consumer software or platform product organizations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to drive clarity across complex stakeholder groups.
• Analytical and resourceful with a mission-driven mindset.
