Candidate Experience Manager

This role is based in San Francisco HQ and not currently open to fully remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the coordination team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews.
• Develop scalable coordination processes to improve efficiency.
• Enhance candidate experience programs to ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in managing a global recruiting coordination team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with in-office interviewing processes.

Compensation:

$216K – $240K + Offers Equity
