Analytics Engineer, SMB

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$220K – $335K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Embed with the GTM team to identify analytics problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Establish a data-driven culture by defining and tracking metrics.
• Manage cross-functional data projects related to revenue, pricing, and usage.
• Create scalable data pipelines and manage metrics lifecycle.
• Develop dashboards and reports for independent data analysis.
• Conduct analyses to inform key business decisions.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant Data role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and business intelligence tools like Tableau and Looker.
• Attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering business impact.
