This role is based in San Francisco, CA, using a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$220K – $335K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Embed with the Go-To-Market team to identify analytics problems and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Establish a data-driven culture by defining and tracking metrics.
  • Manage cross-functional data projects related to revenue, pricing, sales, and marketing.
  • Create scalable data pipelines and manage the lifecycle of metrics and models.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for independent data analysis.
  • Conduct analyses to inform key decisions and communicate insights effectively.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in a relevant Data role.
  • Proficient in SQL and quantitative programming languages (Python preferred).
  • Experienced with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Looker.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to influence decision-making with data.
