- Monitor industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap.
- Travel ~15% of the time to nurture customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Sales for seamless handoff between pre- and post-sale.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with technical enterprise products.
- 3–5 years managing teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Experience with global enterprise customers and managing success programs.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI.
