This role is based in San Francisco and New York City.

Compensation:

$251K – $335K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers supporting startup customers.
  • Help startups transition from experimentation to production by identifying technical blockers and advising on architecture.
  • Partner with Sales to enhance customer adoption and account growth.
  • Translate startup needs into repeatable deployment mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in early-stage startups, ideally in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong technical depth across APIs, AI/ML systems, and production deployment.
  • Ability to work with founders and technical executives.
