This role is based in San Francisco and New York City.
Compensation:
$251K – $335K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers supporting startup customers.
- Help startups transition from experimentation to production by identifying technical blockers and advising on architecture.
- Partner with Sales to enhance customer adoption and account growth.
- Translate startup needs into repeatable deployment mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Experience in early-stage startups, ideally in technical leadership roles.
- Strong technical depth across APIs, AI/ML systems, and production deployment.
- Ability to work with founders and technical executives.
