AI Deployment Engineering Manager, Digital Natives

This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$251K – $335K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and operating model of the AI Deployment Engineering team.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI Deployment Engineers.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point during development.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading technical post-sales teams.
• Experience with Generative AI/ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
