Compensation:

Base salary range is 152,000 USD - 310,500 USD/year depending on level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global Intern, New College Graduate, and Inclusion programs.
  • Develop a high-performing team for early career programs and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to enhance university recruiting brand.
  • Manage technical conference strategy and optimize presence at key events.
  • Use data to evaluate program efficiency and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in crafting and scaling intern and new graduate programs.
  • Strong influencing and partnership skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and program management experience.
