Compensation:
Base salary range is 152,000 USD - 310,500 USD/year depending on level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global Intern, New College Graduate, and Inclusion programs.
- Develop a high-performing team for early career programs and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal groups to enhance university recruiting brand.
- Manage technical conference strategy and optimize presence at key events.
- Use data to evaluate program efficiency and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- 12+ years in University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in crafting and scaling intern and new graduate programs.
- Strong influencing and partnership skills.
- Outstanding organizational and program management experience.
