Technical Program Manager, Security Enablement

This role is based in multiple locations including Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, and offers remote options.

Compensation:

160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Build programs that optimize data governance, security telemetry ingestion, and reporting automation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to define architecture and requirements.
  • Standardize and automate security data collection and reporting.
  • Translate security and compliance requirements into actionable use cases.
  • Conduct internal assessments to validate data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop documentation, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Communicate planning, milestones, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in multi-functional programs involving data pipelines and security controls.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and security analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
