Technical Program Manager, Security Enablement

Compensation:
160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
- Build programs that optimize data governance, security telemetry ingestion, and reporting automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to define architecture and requirements.
- Standardize and automate security data collection and reporting.
- Translate security and compliance requirements into actionable use cases.
- Conduct internal assessments to validate data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Develop documentation, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Communicate planning, milestones, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in multi-functional programs involving data pipelines and security controls.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and security analytics.
- Hands-on experience with reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
