This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, with remote options available.

Compensation:

$200,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning for Cryptographic Key & Certificate management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across various teams.
  • Establish processes for adapting to roadmap changes.
  • Implement transparency frameworks to minimize last-minute requests.
  • Define key management ceremonies for roadmap reviews.
  • Facilitate communication and dependency tracking across teams.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of program management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-team projects.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Familiarity with chip development lifecycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor company.
