Compensation:
Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and readiness of new products for AI data center deployments.
- Implement lessons learned from previous product launches.
- Ensure documentation and training are completed.
- Engage with customers to support successful product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise or hyperscale data centers.
- Proven experience in hardware deployments and infrastructure planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
