Technical Program Manager – GPU Floorplanning

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

Base salary range is $168,000 - $322,000/year depending on level.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end execution tracking for large-scale GPU/SoC floorplan programs.
  • Build integrated program views for breakthroughs, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner with technical leads to identify and prioritize critical issues.
  • Proactively identify execution risks and drive structured risk reviews.
  • Improve program management processes as programs grow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware or silicon development.
  • Strong program management experience in complex projects.
  • Technical depth in SoC architecture and physical design flows.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Ways to stand out:

  • Experience with multi-die or chiplet-based programs.
  • Ability to operate in environments with evolving requirements.
