Technical Program Manager - Digital Human Technology

This role is based remotely in the US, with options available in CA, TX, NY, WA, and MO.

Compensation:

$168,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program operating cadence and facilitate meetings.
  • Translate technical discussions into clear updates for various audiences.
  • Build roadmap-aligned schedules and drive cross-team partnerships.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle requirements with QA, security, and legal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Document specs, decisions, and meeting outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience.
  • High-level technical proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in 3D/animation, digital humans, or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and proficiency in Jira.
