Technical Program Manager - AV System Integration and Test

This role is based in Munich, Germany.

What you'll be doing:

• Direct and drive key initiatives vital to complete several projects within the AV Fleet.
• Analyze & diagnose metrics, identify trends, and resolve priority engineering work.
• Drive implementation and recommend improvements across features and the stack.
• Scale out development processes by developing automation and leveraging operational teams.
• Assist in improving processes and procedures within the team.

What we need to see:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience in software engineering.
• Experience with successful releases in a dynamic environment.
• Proven record of leading scalable programs and projects.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with Automotive system integration and/or AV operations.
• Background in data-driven operations and managing operational metrics.
• Experience leading global projects across time zones.
