Compensation:

$200,000 - $379,500 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Establish program-level performance metrics and synthesize insights for executive reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years in program management with experience in AI/ML.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and managing AI programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
