Compensation:
$200,000 - $379,500 per year
Responsibilities:
- Define and refine the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Orchestrate collaboration across data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Establish program-level performance metrics and synthesize insights for executive reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years in program management with experience in AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and managing AI programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
