Compensation:

$152,000 - $241,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead technical advisor for partners delivering reasoning, multimodal, fine-tuning, and model-serving solutions.
  • Guide partners on customer workloads across fine-tuning, distillation, quantization, benchmarking, and evaluation.
  • Define benchmark plans and repeatable validation recipes.
  • Advise on compute planning and production-readiness testing.
  • Develop reference architectures and sizing models across various tools.
  • Support pre- and post-sales engagements.

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience with LLMs and large-scale inference systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
