This role is remote, available in the UK, Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

What you'll do:

  • Guide customers through the end-to-end process of GenAI adoption, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify technical needs and customer goals.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements in drug discovery.
  • Design and optimize solutions for healthcare and life sciences applications.
  • Engage with developers, researchers, and senior leaders to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Document knowledge and create training materials for partners.

What we need to see:

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML for healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with agentic AI systems in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with AI deployment technologies.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or thought leadership in AI/ML applications.
