This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, or remote in Texas.

Compensation:

Base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy cloud-native software stacks like NVIDIA AI.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure admins, data scientists, and ML engineers.
  • Integrate NVIDIA software into existing ML ops environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues in cloud-native environments.
  • Work with internal teams to understand business requirements.
  • Develop tools and scripts for seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role.
  • B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience presenting to technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Software development experience.
  • Kubernetes Administrator certification (CKA).
  • Experience with AI and ML tools.
