Software Engineering Manager, Robotics Neural Reconstruction and Real2Sim Applications

Compensation:

$224,000 - $431,250/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of robotics software and applied research engineers.
  • Drive the definition, planning, and execution of projects involving 3D reconstruction and robot simulation tools.
  • Hands-on design, implementation, and deployment of algorithms for Neural Reconstruction and Real2Sim applications.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deploy and validate capabilities on physical robots.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in robotics and deep learning technologies.
  • 3+ years in technical leadership or team management.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++; experience with Deep Learning frameworks.

Tech stack:

Python, C++, PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, Isaac Sim/Lab, MuJoCo.
