This role is based in Finland, Helsinki or remote.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and expand a team passionate about neural graphics.
  • Recruit outstanding talent in neural rendering, machine learning, and differentiable programming.
  • Develop a technology roadmap for neural graphics throughout NVIDIA's platform ecosystem.
  • Lead system-level integration of neural graphics technologies across multiple platforms.
  • Bridge research and product teams to translate innovations into shipping products.
  • Drive partnerships with research groups and industry.
  • Establish rapid research-to-production processes.

What we need to see:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Deep Learning, Generative AI, Diffusion Models.
  • 8+ years work experience with 3+ years leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of ML frameworks and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Expert knowledge in neural graphics and AI-powered rendering.
  • Track record of shipping products with real-time rendering.
  • Experience developing developer platforms or SDKs.
