Signal and Power Integrity Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

This internship is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$20 - $71/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Craft Signal and Power Integrity solutions for system design challenges.
  • Conduct system-level power integrity simulations for high-performance AI systems and graphic cards.
  • Collaborate with VLSI power and design teams to optimize power delivery networks.
  • Create and review package and board PDN guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in power integrity for core power or I/O power.
  • Understanding of decoupling impacts on power supply noise.
  • Familiarity with EM tools like PowerSI and ANSYS is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of capacitor technology and design.
  • Scripting for analysis automation.
  • Experience with electromagnetics and signal processing.
