Senior Technical Program Manager - VLSI

Compensation:

Base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

Responsibilities:

Manage top-level silicon schedules, align cross-functional program schedules, act as a liaison between VLSI and partners, maintain Plan of Record, identify risks, and provide program status updates.

Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering or Applied Sciences (Masters preferred)
  • 8+ years in semiconductor design or electronics, with 3+ years in Technical Program Management
  • Experience across all stages of ASIC/SoC development
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills

Ways to stand out:

  • Background in pre-silicon development or hardware validation
  • Expertise in Smartsheet and proficiency in Python
