Compensation:

$168,000 - $258,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive key initiatives for AV Fleet projects, optimizing testing and integration processes.
  • Analyze metrics to improve platform experience and resolve engineering priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement feature improvements.
  • Develop automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Streamline team operations and improve procedures.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience in software engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable programs and driving process improvements.
  • Experience in automotive system integration or AV operations is a plus.

  • Ability to lead global projects across time zones.
  • Background in early-stage development and process/tooling establishment.
