Senior Technical Program Manager – LPU Silicon

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$200,000 - $379,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end silicon development projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Provide technical mentorship on AI chip architectures.
• Manage risks related to schedule, supply chain, and quality.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in Technical Program Management in Semiconductor or Hardware System development.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with silicon product cycles from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
