Senior Technical Program Manager, Engineering

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$160,000 - $304,750/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive CPE programs and processes, leading teams in a matrix organization.
• Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Present project status to multi-functional teams and executive management.
• Collaborate with global partners across multiple time zones.
• Influence teams to create an efficient development environment.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background with experience in software or hardware engineering.
• 6+ years in program, project, or product management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of GPU architecture and software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and project management tools like JIRA.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
