Compensation:
$200,000 - $322,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale data infrastructure programs.
- Partner with hardware and data engineering teams to define roadmaps and technical requirements.
- Manage cross-team coordination and program governance.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and drive timely decisions across initiatives.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance standards are met.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of technical program management experience.
- Familiarity with data ecosystems and technologies like Spark, Kafka, and Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of system design concepts.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
