This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$200,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end capacity management strategy for EDA Farm.
  • Drive capacity and procurement initiatives using agile methodologies.
  • Build and maintain a data-driven capacity model.
  • Create communication channels for real-time insight into capacity health.
  • Act as a primary technical partner between engineering and procurement.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Capacity Engineering or Technical Program Management.
  • Experience with large scale infrastructure and various CPU/GPU architectures.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.

Ways to Stand Out:

  • Experience leading Capacity Operations & Management work streams.
  • Prior experience procuring Data Center Hardware and Public Cloud Services.
