Senior Technical Program Manager - Automotive

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$168,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Interact with PMs, MLEs, and data analysts to manage data needs and timelines.
• Establish operational objectives and metrics for data acquisition.
• Use data-driven methods to provide feedback on operations.
• Mentor junior members of the operations team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep understanding of data acquisition in a related field.
• Experience with OEM partners and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in autonomous driving and data collection.
• Operational experience balancing cost-effectiveness and safety.
• History of implementing solutions in high-stakes environments.
