Compensation:

$168,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams.
  • Guide engineering programs in planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
  • Develop metrics for measuring program effectiveness and report on overall program status.
  • Act as liaison between developers and customers, fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 10+ years of program management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and AI training environments.

Tech stack:

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence) and distributed version control systems (e.g., Git).
