Senior Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Vietnam, with options for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead programs from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain and improve program plans; track execution effectiveness and program health.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Requirements:

• BS in a technical field (MS preferred).
• 8+ years in technical program management.
• Strong understanding of software/hardware development lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in AI, GPU, or high-performance computing.
• Experience as a software developer.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, NVBugs, Confluence.
