Senior Systems Engineer, Artificial Intelligence Operations

This role is remote with locations available in the UK, Finland, France, Spain, and Sweden.

What you'll do:

• Understand customer requirements to improve AI cluster resiliency and design solutions.
• Develop automated workflows for issue detection and collaborate with operators to debug AI cluster problems.
• Deliver technical presentations and ensure smooth installations during the customer journey.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of networking experience with strong expertise in routing and switching.
• Proficient in scripting and automation using Python or similar languages.
• Experience in Systems Engineer or SRE roles with strong customer interaction.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex technical topics.

Ways to stand out:

• Experience with data center infrastructure and cloud architectures.
• Background in network performance monitoring.
• Previous experience in a technological start-up.
