Senior System Software Engineer, Platform Operations

This role is remote, with options available in the UK, France, and Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and evolve the technology stack for global learner and instructor technical support.
• Lead operationalization of support systems ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a distributed operations team.
• Collaborate to translate support insights into improvements for NVIDIA services and the DLI platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of DevOps experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficient in Python and Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
