Senior SWQA Test Developer – Automotive Traceability and Compliance Platform

This role is based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process definition and compliance alignment for traceability and reporting workflows.
• Own strategy and execution for tests, release, and compliance tools.
• Serve as the Person in Charge for internal release and compliance tools.
• Manage and refine workflows in Jira.
• Collaborate with engineering, safety, and quality teams.

Requirements:

• B.Tech. or equivalent degree in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE or related field with 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering.
• Strong understanding of ASPICE and ISO 26262 concepts.
• Experience with Jama, DOORS, Jira, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process alignment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Tech stack:

• Web development skills with Angular/React, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript/Python, MongoDB/SQL.
• Understanding of DevOps workflows including GitLab/Jenkins CI, Docker, Kubernetes.
