$144,000 - $270,250/year

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units and IT teams to define strategic requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives driving digital transformation and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and deploy systems supporting core business functions.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and align priorities to business value.
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business systems analysis.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical proficiency in AI-powered enterprise solutions.
