Compensation:

$168,000 - $258,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive software programs and processes, leading multi-functional teams.
  • Manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Present project status to teams and executive management.
  • Work independently and influence with minimal mentorship.
  • Collaborate with global partners across various technical fields.
  • Improve development processes and ensure project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong software engineering background and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and compilers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ways to stand out:

  • Experience with GPU, CUDA, or AI.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
