Compensation:
$168,000 - $258,750/year
Responsibilities:
- Drive software programs and processes, leading multi-functional teams.
- Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Present project status to teams and executive management.
- Work independently and influence with minimal mentorship.
- Collaborate with global partners across various technical fields.
- Enhance development processes through improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong software engineering background and technical skills.
- Ability to investigate technical issues with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Open Source ecosystems and LLVM.
- Knowledge of compilers, GPU, CUDA, and AI.
- Project Management Professional Certification.
