Senior Software Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or can be remote.

Compensation:

$168,000 - $258,750/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive software programs and processes, leading multi-functional teams.
• Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Present project status to teams and executive management.
• Work independently and influence with minimal mentorship.
• Collaborate with global partners across various technical fields.
• Enhance development processes through improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong software engineering background and technical skills.
• Ability to investigate technical issues with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Open Source ecosystems and LLVM.
• Knowledge of compilers, GPU, CUDA, and AI.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
