Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000 - $207,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Reproduce issues reported by OEMs and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with software developers and program managers to determine root causes and verify defect fixes.
• Validate NVIDIA products on customer-specific platforms.
• Build scripts and diagnostic tools using Python, C#, and C++.
• Develop AI-driven tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience, including 2 years in customer support or testing.
• Proficient in Windows, virtualization technologies, and scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex hardware and software issues.
• Experience with PC architecture and debugging tools.
