Senior Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$248,000 - $425,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers and managers building employee-facing products and experiences.
• Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution.
• Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Advocate for AI-first experiences for users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.
• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
• Strong product mindset and understanding of agile delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience building AI agents and designing distributed systems.
