Senior Software Engineer - Digital Biology

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, with remote options available.

Compensation:

Base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.

Responsibilities:

  • Build testing-at-scale and reliability pipelines for biological applications.
  • Productize AI algorithms and ensure observability and reproducibility.
  • Develop distributed learning systems for large-scale GPU workloads.
  • Collaborate with applied research and full-stack teams.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Python and PyTorch.
  • Experience with CI/CD and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of distributed training fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices.
