Senior Software Engineer - Digital Biology

Compensation:
Base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.
Responsibilities:
- Build testing-at-scale and reliability pipelines for biological applications.
- Productize AI algorithms and ensure observability and reproducibility.
- Develop distributed learning systems for large-scale GPU workloads.
- Collaborate with applied research and full-stack teams.
- Contribute to infrastructure and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
- Expertise in Python and PyTorch.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools.
- Knowledge of distributed training fundamentals.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices.
