Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters to meet ambitious hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to address hiring challenges in growth areas.
  • Drive workforce planning and recruiting strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Utilize analytics to assess recruiting health and optimize hiring processes.
  • Provide insights into talent trends and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting management experience with 12+ years overall experience.
  • Proven success in strategic direction and operational frameworks for recruiting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive decisions based on metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday ATS or similar systems.
  • Background in corporate and agency recruiting.
