Senior Program Manager - Product Operations

This role is remote, based in the US, CA.

Compensation:

$160,000 - $304,750/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to address operational blind spots and ensure products ship successfully.
• Build frameworks to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate multi-team programs for successful product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program management experience in product operations.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management.

Tech stack:

Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and operational best practices.
