Compensation:
$136,000 - $218,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex programs from planning through execution.
- Maintain clear research reporting and execution visibility.
- Improve program governance and delivery predictability.
- Support annual Graduate Fellow and Faculty Fellow planning.
- Track and report on research invention submissions.
- Assemble and publish internal Research newsletters.
- Plan and orchestrate internal Research conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of program management experience in a technology environment.
- Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with modern tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with AI tools for automating workflows.
- Background in supporting research operations.
