Compensation:

$136,000 - $218,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex programs from planning through execution.
  • Maintain clear research reporting and execution visibility.
  • Improve program governance and delivery predictability.
  • Support annual Graduate Fellow and Faculty Fellow planning.
  • Track and report on research invention submissions.
  • Assemble and publish internal Research newsletters.
  • Plan and orchestrate internal Research conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of program management experience in a technology environment.
  • Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with modern tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with AI tools for automating workflows.
  • Background in supporting research operations.
