Senior Program Manager

This role is based in Mexico, Remote.

What you'll do:

• Manage and communicate processes, material readiness, and build schedules.
• Drive factory MP teams to check BOM/ECO implementation.
• Lead MP meetings with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Support internal process improvements across teams.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial management or Industrial Engineering.
• 12+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
