Compensation:

$160,000 - $270,250 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and establish measurable objectives.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive program awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Improve education go-to-market platforms to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead development and execution of nationwide AI education programs.
  • Communicate program vision and foster collaboration across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing strategy and program management.
  • Proven experience leading teams in matrix organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and performance optimization.
