Senior Product Manager, Developer Infrastructure

Compensation:

$208,000 - $327,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for source control systems.
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate source control into development workflows.
  • Own the evolution of repository architecture and access controls.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment for scalable source control solutions.
  • Establish metrics to inform prioritization and measure impact.
  • Drive long-term investments in scalability and reliability.
  • Champion guidelines for code integrity and versioning strategies.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of product management experience.
  • Understanding of source control systems (Git, Perforce).
  • Experience with large-scale codebases and developer productivity improvements.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Ways To Stand Out:

  • Experience in hardware or silicon development environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale source control systems.
  • Experience with repository architecture and access control models.
