Compensation:
$168,000 - $327,750/year
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize pre-training/inference and post-training frameworks for RecSys and Generative Recommender researchers.
- Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with customers to build product-based roadmaps for the E2E ML lifecycle.
- Work with leadership to align with and drive company strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience with design and scaling of training/inference post training and optimization software.
- Knowledge of GenAI or machine learning concepts.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems.
- 10+ years of technical product management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience leading GR systems.
- Knowledge of GPU architecture and performance profiling.
