Compensation:

$208,000 - $379,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead applied research initiatives in emerging AI domains.
  • Translate research breakthroughs into product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI tools and services at scale.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies with cloud partners and AI-native customers.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams across applied research and product management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience, with 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to conduct applied research and ship products at scale.
  • Deep technical proficiency in modern AI systems.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
