Responsibilities:
- Lead new product build readiness and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Track and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous process improvement.
- Run cross-functional NPI meetings to address key Operations issues.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for team efficiency.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Program Management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and system builds.
