Senior Manager, Engineering - Enterprise AI and Automation

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$272,000 - $431,250/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy for NVIDIA’s agentic developer platform.
• Identify gaps in current agent architectures and translate insights into a platform strategy.
• Architect and integrate high-performance data pipelines and AI systems.
• Establish robust governance policies across the platform.
• Grow and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years managing teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with agent architectures and open-source libraries.
• Proven track record in building multi-team developer platforms.
