Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Digital Biology

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote in New York.

Compensation:

$136,000 - $264,500/year based on experience and level.

Responsibilities:

• Build reproducible test matrices across GPU SKUs and scientific parameters.
• Create integration and performance test harnesses for large models.
• Productionize AI algorithms and deliver production-quality models.
• Develop distributed learning systems and tools for workload synchronization.
• Collaborate with teams to transfer research to products and services.
• Mentor emerging engineers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• BS/MS in CS, EE, Math, Physics, or equivalent.
• Expertise in Python and PyTorch.
• Understanding of distributed training fundamentals.
• Experience with MLOps for AI, CI/CD, and automation.
